Terms & Conditions — webet Platform Rules and Player Obligations
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the webet platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on webet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using any webet service.
webet is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account or place a bet. We verify age during the KYC process and reserve the right to request age documentation at any time. Accounts belonging to underage persons are suspended immediately and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted exactly one webet account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — are a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held in them forfeited in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and 2FA codes — confidential. webet will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately to [email protected].
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. webet reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.
All bonuses and promotions offered by webet are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. webet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, correct any bonus credited in error, or void associated bets where misuse is identified.
webet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players can set deposit limits, activate session time reminders, or request self-exclusion at any time via account settings or by contacting support. We take problem gambling seriously and cooperate fully with players seeking assistance in managing their activity.
Section 1
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any amendment, re-enactment, or extension of that provision in force from time to time.
- "Platform" The webet website accessible at webet.im, including all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, APIs, and any downloadable application made available by webet from time to time.
- "Player" / "You" Any individual who has registered a webet account and uses the Platform to place bets, play casino games, or access any other service offered by webet.
- "Account" The individual account created by the Player on the Platform, which holds the Player's personal details, BDT balance, transaction history, and active bet records.
- "Balance" The total value of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Balance may consist of deposited real-money funds and/or bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Bet" / "Wager" Any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market made available through the Platform, in exchange for the chance to receive a payout determined by the outcome of that event or game.
- "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by webet, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.
- "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which webet confirms that a Player is who they claim to be and meets the minimum eligibility requirements to hold an account. KYC documentation typically includes a valid National ID Card (NID) or passport.
- "BDT" / "৳" Bangladeshi Taka — the currency in which all balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and payouts on the webet Platform are denominated.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law, including but not limited to any jurisdiction where webet has determined that offering its services would breach local regulations.
- "Force Majeure" Any event beyond the reasonable control of webet including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, acts of government, power outages, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, pandemics, or failures of third-party payment processors.
Section 2
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on webet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. webet does not permit access to persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any such person employed by webet or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether imposed by yourself through webet's responsible gaming tools or by any other means.
- You must not already hold an active webet account. Only one account per person is permitted.
webet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during registration, following a withdrawal request, or as part of a periodic account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
By completing the registration process on the Platform, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You further confirm that you are acting in your own personal capacity and that the funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally.
Section 3
Account Obligations and Security
Once your webet account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through that account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players on a continuous basis:
- Credential Confidentiality: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes strictly confidential. You must not share these credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
- Immediate Reporting: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the webet support team immediately at [email protected]. webet will take prompt action to secure the account pending investigation.
- Accurate Information: You must keep your personal account information current and accurate. If any details change — including your contact number, residential address, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or trigger a review.
- Personal Use Only: Your webet account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your balance. Any such use constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Single Account Rule: You must not open or attempt to open more than one account on the Platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original registered account will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited.
- No Minor Access: You must ensure that no person under the age of 18 has access to your webet account or your login credentials. Parental control software is available and its use is encouraged where minors share the same device.
webet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party, whether voluntarily or otherwise.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on the webet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by Players:

Deposit Policy: Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. webet does not charge any fees on deposits made via Bangladeshi mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Third-party transaction charges imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are outside webet's control and are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawal Policy: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed the full KYC verification process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made, in order to prevent money laundering and ensure funds return to their verified source. webet reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers our fraud detection systems.
Currency: All balances and transactions are conducted exclusively in BDT. webet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion, where a Player initiates a payment in a currency other than BDT, is the sole responsibility of the Player and their financial institution.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. webet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support at any time.
Section 5
Betting Rules and Game Conduct
All bets placed on the webet Platform — whether on sports markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), live casino games, slots, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued an official bet receipt or confirmation number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation are deemed void regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
- Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to official bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of your bet request may differ from the odds at the moment of confirmation. In such cases, webet may accept the bet at the updated odds or offer you the opportunity to decline.
- In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. webet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including in the event of network delays, data feed issues, or the occurrence of significant match events.
- Bet Void Conditions: webet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (palpable errors), bets placed on events whose result was already known at the time of placement, or bets placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms.
- Maximum Payouts: Maximum individual bet payouts may apply per event, per day, or per product category. Current maximum payout limits are published in the relevant betting section. webet will not honour winnings that exceed published payout limits, regardless of the stated odds at the time of bet placement.
- Casino Games and RNG: All casino games available on the Platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) use software that has been independently certified for fairness and randomness. Results are not influenced by the Platform, by bet size, or by any prior outcomes.
- Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. By participating in live casino games, you acknowledge that the speed of play, shuffling procedures, and game rules are set by the studio provider and are outside webet's direct control. Studio-specific rules apply.
webet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific betting market, game, or product. Scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or decisions by game studio providers may result in temporary or permanent removal of specific content from the Platform. No compensation will be payable where a Player is unable to place a bet due to Platform unavailability caused by maintenance or Force Majeure events.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
webet offers bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to the following general conditions that apply to all promotional activity on the Platform:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Minimum Odds: Where wagering requirements must be fulfilled through sports bets, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds specified in the promotion. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
- Time Limits: All bonuses expire after the time period stated in the promotion terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your account after expiry will be removed automatically. webet will not reinstate expired bonus funds.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress.
- Abuse of Promotions: webet monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering requirement conditions, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where abuse is identified, webet reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and in serious cases close the account.
- Right to Withdraw: webet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including ongoing promotions. Where a bonus is withdrawn mid-cycle, any wagering progress already completed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Bonuses are offered at webet's sole discretion and are not a contractual entitlement. The existence of a bonus on a previous occasion does not create any expectation or right to receive the same or a similar bonus in the future. Section 7
Prohibited Conduct and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the webet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Opening more than one account on the Platform, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
- Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents during the registration or KYC process.
- Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you or is not registered in your own name.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the dealer or the house.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unintended advantage, whether on sports markets, casino games, or the payments system.
- Placing bets with knowledge of outcomes that is not available to the general public ("inside information"), or placing bets on events in which you are a participant, official, or otherwise have a direct material interest.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform to move funds of unlawful origin.
- Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider for deposits that have been wagered in good faith on the Platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the webet support team or any other player on the Platform.
webet employs fraud detection technology that monitors all account activity on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, webet will take immediate protective action including account restriction, balance freeze, and investigation. Players whose accounts are suspended due to a fraud investigation will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except in cases where immediate permanent closure is required to prevent ongoing harm.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
webet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. The circumstances under which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
- Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.
- Identification of a duplicate account registered by the same individual.
- A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player through the responsible gaming tools or via the support team.
- The Player's death, at which point the account will be frozen pending resolution of the estate.
Where an account is closed at webet's initiative for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, webet reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance, including any real-money funds deposited. The Player will be notified of any forfeiture decision and the reason for it in writing to their registered email address.
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Players who close their account voluntarily and subsequently wish to reopen it must contact support and may be required to repeat the KYC process.
Self-Exclusion: Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons are strongly encouraged to select the self-exclusion option rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion applies technical restrictions that prevent the account from being reopened for the duration of the elected exclusion period, providing a stronger safeguard than a standard closure.
